These underground rainwater infiltration tank modules create a high-void soakaway structure that temporarily holds runoff and releases it into suitable surrounding soil. The modular PP system can be shaped around site constraints and scaled to the design storm volume.

Designed for Infiltration Systems
For infiltration duty, the assembled tank is normally wrapped in a specified permeable geotextile rather than a sealed membrane. The stored runoff can then discharge through the tank surfaces into the surrounding formation. Pretreatment is important to limit sediment entering the void and to support long-term hydraulic performance.
Where the System Is Used
Typical locations include landscaped developments, parks, residential sites, car parks and road-drainage areas where ground conditions and local regulations permit infiltration. A site engineer should confirm soil permeability, seasonal groundwater level, setbacks, structural loading, overflow routing and maintenance access before installation.

Installation Principle
Prepare the excavation and structural base to the engineer’s design, assemble the interconnecting modules, then wrap the tank for its intended function. A permeable geotextile configuration supports infiltration; a sealed geomembrane configuration supports storage and reuse. Inlets, outlets, pretreatment, inspection access, ventilation, backfill and cover depth must be specified for the site.
