LY950 paddock mats are interlocking HDPE ground-reinforcement grids designed to create firm, free-draining footing in horse paddocks, open stables, riding arenas and other equestrian areas. When installed over a correctly prepared base and filled with suitable aggregate, the system helps separate the tread layer from the substructure, reduce rutting and limit the persistent mud and puddles that can affect year-round use.
Stable Footing for Paddocks and Horse Areas
The open-cell structure supports drainage while distributing loads across the finished surface. Nine factory-connected sections cover approximately 1 m², allowing faster alignment and installation. The grid can also be cut to follow edges, curves and changes in site geometry.
