JES20 is a 20 mm HDPE drainage and water storage roll developed for continuous green-roof and landscaped-podium build-ups. Each roll measures 1,700 × 17,650 mm, allowing large areas to be covered with fewer joints than small modular boards. The dimpled profile creates channels for excess water while providing protected space within the roof drainage layer.
Green Roof Role of JES20
The roll is typically placed above protected waterproofing and below the project-specified filter fabric and growing medium. It helps route excess rainfall toward roof outlets and reduces direct contact between the upper landscaping layers and the waterproofed substrate. The complete system still requires correct roof falls, outlets, overflow provisions, root protection where specified and a suitable filter layer.

Related JES Heights
The original series data includes JES15 and JES25 in the same roll width and length. JES15 is 15 mm high and 950 g/m², while JES25 is 25 mm high and 1,200 g/m². Selection should be based on the detailed drainage requirement rather than height alone. Ask the project engineer to confirm flow capacity, protection requirements, loading and build-up compatibility.
Installation Guidance
Complete and protect the waterproofing before installation. Roll the sheet over the prepared surface, keep drainage paths aligned with outlets, and form laps according to the approved detail. Cut neatly around penetrations and keep outlets accessible. Install the specified filter fabric before adding growing medium so fine particles do not obstruct the drainage channels.
