MW-450 is a heavy-duty 50 mm HDPE gravel grid for access roads, emergency lanes, car parks and vehicle hardstandings. The interlocking cellular structure confines aggregate and helps distribute surface loads while allowing a permeable gravel finish.
This model is positioned specifically for gravel-filled vehicle areas, separating it from the MZ-450 grass-paver page. Its listed compressive strength is the highest among these final three grid pages, but complete pavement performance still depends on the engineered subgrade, base, drainage, fill and traffic conditions.

Installation Guidance
- Excavate to the design depth and compact the subgrade.
- Install separation geotextile and a graded, compacted structural sub-base.
- Prepare a level bedding layer and durable edge restraints.
- Interlock the MW-450 grids and stagger joints where practical.
- Fill cells with the specified clean angular aggregate.
- Compact and top up the fill so the grid is protected from direct tyre contact.
