MZ-450 is a 50 mm HDPE grass paver designed for car parks, access roads, emergency lanes and vehicle hardstandings built over an engineered permeable pavement base. The cellular modules confine soil and aggregate while leaving open areas for grass growth and surface-water infiltration.

Traffic frequency, turning loads and emergency-vehicle requirements should be reviewed by the project engineer. Grass establishment also depends on suitable soil, irrigation, sunlight and maintenance.
Typical Installation Sequence
- Excavate and compact the formation to the designed level.
- Install separation geotextile and the specified load-bearing sub-base.
- Prepare a level bedding layer and strong edge restraints.
- Connect the MZ-450 units, staggering joints where appropriate.
- Fill cells with the specified growing medium and seed or turf.
- Keep traffic off the area until the pavement and vegetation are ready.
