WELL DRAINAGE INTERLOCKING GRAVEL GRID PADDOCK GROUND REINFORCEMENT
Thanks to the open cells of the Leiyuan gravel grid paddock ground reinforcement, excess water is swiftly drained and their shape and height prevent soil compaction in the tread layer. The space inside the individual cells serves to preserve moisture and thus protects the ground from drying out.
Interlocking paddock drainage grids stabilize gravel-filled surfaces around gateways, feeding areas, walkways and other equestrian zones exposed to concentrated traffic. The cellular structure helps confine aggregate, reduce rutting and maintain a firmer, more permeable working surface when installed over a properly prepared base.
Performance depends on the subgrade, separation geotextile, base depth, aggregate grading, drainage route and edge restraint. These elements should be specified for the site’s soil, rainfall, horses and maintenance regime.
